EXCHANGE POLICY
At ORGANIC PRO, our customers are our first priority. Our customer care team will facilitate you on each step if you wish to exchange your purchased item. The help you need is just a click away!
Domestic Orders:
- Customers who have purchased a product domestically must provide proof of purchase to exchange the product. They can send the proof of purchase to admin@organicpro.com and specify the desired product for exchange.
- Please note that products that have been used will not be eligible for exchange. Therefore, it is essential for customers to record a video while packing the product for return.
- Customers will be responsible for any delivery charges incurred during the exchange process.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery. The exchange period starts from the delivery date.
- In the case of a price difference between the exchanged products, the adjustment will be made accordingly.
Note: Please take pictures of the package and invoice before opening your order and keep them with you unless you find your complete order intact. It will be helpful to resolve your complaints timely, in case you receive an incorrect or damaged article.
RETURN POLICY
Organic Pro does not offer a return policy. However, we can guide you in requesting an exchange for your Product. Please refer to the above-mentioned Exchange policy for this. Refund Policy: Refunds are not in cash – the client will be issued a coupon of same value valid for Online Store ONLY, which can be used immediately or in the future.
